坂口さんがフラワーデザイナーを目指したきっかけは20代のころ。務めていたアパレル企業を退職して進路を模索しているとき、旅行で訪れた京都 詩仙堂の庭園に咲く花々を見て涙が出た。「花はすごい。」素直にそう思った彼女は、現在彼女自身もインストラクターとして活躍する花阿彌でフラワーアレンジメントを学び、さらにカラーリストスクールにも通った。一時は生花店の開業も考えたが、依頼の多かった講師の道を選んだ。主催するスクールFB・PALETTEには、彼女の穏やかで優しいフラワーデザインを学びたいと、遠方からも多くの生徒が通っている。
She started her career as a flower designer in her twenties. When she was searching for a new career path after quitting apparel company, she worked up by flowers bloomed in the garden of Shisen-do in Kyoto. She felt flower's great power and started taking flower lessons at Hanaami and also went to the colorist school. Rather than opening the flower shop, she chose to be instructor as many friends requested her to provide lessons. Now she runs her school FB・PALETTE which attracts many students even from a distance to learn her soft and gentle flower design.

「花を通じて人を幸せにしたい。」という彼女の素直な言葉がとても印象的な取材撮影だった。
Her honest word “I want to make people happy with flowers” was a very impressive.

She gets many requests for writing counting upon her taste. Her books about colors and flower vases are quite unique to her.
著書は中国、台湾でも翻訳されて人気を博している。
